Aesthetic nurse's intense morning routine intimidates the internet: 'There is no way this every day'

Taking care of yourself is an important part of self-care, but this can mean very different things to different people. As the internet revealed some time ago, there are certain individuals who don't even wash their legs in the shower, and then there are those who have so many steps in their getting ready routine that it can barely be condensed into a 90-second viral video. 

This is exactly what was done by one TikToker and aesthetic nurse, who had previously caused controversy on social media by suggesting that people 'need' Botox. Revealing to the world how she spent her time before work including a 'morning shed' and an obscene amount of supplements and skincare products, viewers didn't know whether to be in awe or be frightened by her single-minded dedication to looking the way that she wanted to. Looking the way you want is great and all, but also, life's too short.
